“Michele Harris of Headwaters Tourism was the MC for the chef-to-chef chat between Pam Fanjoy and Michael Smith at Centre 2000 Saturday afternoon. The chat followed a reception featuring appetizers and desserts from Michael Smith’s latest book, “Make Ahead Meals”, and a book signing event at The Friendly Chef Adventures store on Main Street. Chef Michael was very generous with his time, not only personalizing the book signings, but also posing for pix with his appreciative fans. It was a great day for Erin, and also for Chef Fanjoy. Saturday evening, The Food Network aired its episode of “Chopped Canada” with Pam Fanjoy as one of the competitors – AND SHE WON! Congratulations Pam, and thanks from his many fans for bringing Michael Smith to Town.”
