$349 per child, includes lunch and 5 items to begin your Jr. Chef knife kits.

Time: 9 am to 2 pm each day
This class may be covered under extended health benefits.*
Also, Chef Pam Fanjoy, MSW, RSW, is now accepting new individual clients interested in improving their overall health and well being.

More details will be coming, but the outline planned is:
– Kitchen safety, including fire safety (prepared in collaboration with the Erin Fire Department, Hillsburgh Station.)
– Understanding food groups (protein, carbohydrates, etc.)
– Manners & Etiquette, Serving skills
In addition we will be having our own version of a CHOPPED CANADA COMPETITION, right here at FanJoy!
Parents are encouraged to come for lunch on at least one of the days as the students will be preparing and serving the meals.
